ABF in Kansas City?

Hi truckers. I’m a new CDL grad and have a job offer from ABF in Kansas City. Wonder if anyone has any opinions on this company or the KC terminal? I would be hired as a dock worker/city driver at first. Obviously great benefits and pay especially as seniority grows. The interviewer said she has to hire 40 people in the next 6 months and I’d be one of the first so my seniority would grow quickly. There’s also several guys retiring, so that would help. I also have applied to Estes and I have several guys I know who work there and could help me get in. Sounds like with Estes I’ll be in a truck sooner and have people looking out for me but have worse benefits, ABF is farther from my house but the pay and benefits is hard to pass up. Thoughts?
