A warning to anyone who may apply to a dedicated account with Schneider

If you are in the Chicagoland area and you are hired for a dedicated account you are not actually dedicated they will make you pull intermodal. They literally never told me anything about that until my first day. And the training you get with intermodal is garbage you watch a slide show and that’s it. I had to pull a intermodal load a few weeks ago and I couldn’t get out of the gate because I had no idea what number to give the gate person nothing they sent me worked.

I’m trying to quit asap. Be warned
