A question about parking.

I am starting with a new company as a new driver. I will be dispatching from home, which means I need to find a place to park a truck. The places near me that are willing to let me park are fine with it so long as they can get a “Hold Harmless Certificate.” My company is saying that anywhere that requires that certificate is not somewhere they want me to park. The city has a bad spot for $240/month and they will still waive liability so that seems bad.

I would be dispatching 5 days out. The closest truck stop is a busy Love’s a half hour from my house and I don’t want to park my car there for five days at a time.

Is there any advice you guys can offer on where I should look next?
