A false accusation by Amazon Relay we have 100% proof. (Load board suspended)

Hello fellow drivers, I caught Amazon on a false accusation of double brokerage, and they don’t wanna admit their mistake, they suspended our load board. On the first trip, they said it was double brokerage at 4:28 pm, however, at 13:23 we completed that load. The second trip they said was double brokerage at 9:15 pm, however, at 19:06 the load was canceled. They suspended our load board on April 3rd. We email probably 30 people at Amazon, but they don’t respond. Is there any way to make these people start moving, any advice or contacts you can share, or sue them or something? The thing is we have never ever done double brokerage.
