a Bike for when on break

Been over the road a little over a month now…been thinking about getting a bike but something portable. I’ve seen the ads/commercials for the foldable electric bikes but not sure how I feel about dropping several hundred dollars on one lol. I just need something I can ride to go eat at a local restaurant that isn’t truck stop food or if I want to ride to Walmart because they don’t allow trucks parking in their lot.

Anyways, what are some of y’all using as a bike? Any links or how are yall getting around while on break at the truck stops?
