7 years otr at 41 and I want out

10 years paramedic and I don’t wanna go back into medicine, and another 5 as a dodge technician. Also no.

I’d love to get into an office type of job but with a family of 4 I can’t just quit and go back to school.

I’m open to any ideas yall got. I’m tired of the physical labor jobs. Otr has ruined my body. Hell, I’ve put on 50lbs since I started. I need out for my health, sanity, and the kids need me at home. Something that’s a normal 8hr job but idk what to pick or do?
