6 months in next month & ready to move to a different company

As the title says I’m 6 months in next month & and actively looking for a place with better money & more hands on dispatch when it comes to trip planning.

I’ve really wanted to wait out atleast my full first year but I’m really not sure I can & at this point the only thing keeping me here is the fact I’m in a brand new truck.

Anyone know of any good companies? Good pay, good equipment, good miles & solid dispatch? My far fetched wants would be no northeast & no California, a long nose Pete decked out in chicken lights un governed & world peace ????
