39 Month Driving Record in AZ

Graduated recently and want to apply for jobs. I have 0 Points as of now and I have a Driving Record of Failure to Yield (was 2 points but dropped off at the 36 month mark) that will drop off my 39 Month Record in 1 month 6 days. My gut tells me to wait but my current situation would be far more secure if I could get a job now. I know some places are more forgiving but I really want to work at a particular place (they want the 39 month record). Do you think I should risk it and wait until the Record is clear, or see how the interview goes? Thanks
