2 safety terminations. What do we do?

Hubs got his second safely term, the first was in March and the second was last week. No real damage to anything but they let him go. Now not even western express will hire him. Nothing on his DOT record just the terminations upon verifications. What direction do ya’ll suggest he turn. He’s a great driver, he just has a hard time backing into parking spaces between two trucks ????. Kind desperate for a direction to go, thanks so much for the input guys and gals. ❤️
