2 medical card question

Back in January this year I was given a 2 year med card from concentra. Starting new job and they had me go get a physical done. Ate some junk food a half hour before and they gave me a 6 month med card for increased glucose levels (143)

Question is, does the new 6 month card make the previous 2 year card invalid? I know the new one gets submitted to the state but would I be able to go and submit the old one once the new one is submitted so I can still use the 2 year card?
